Project Manager: Business Development 80-100% (m/w/d) The IMAMED is a modern, partnership-based radiological group practice with around 130 employees at four locations. In this versatile and exciting key position, you work closely with the management. You take responsibility for strategic projects, develop our processes further, and bring your know-how in finance and accounting to where it creates real added value. Your tasks: Project management/digitalization Independent management and implementation of digitalization and optimization projects Analysis, design, and continuous improvement of business processes Interface management between IT, finance, and specialist departments Assistance to management Close and direct support to management in operational and strategic day-to-day business Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including creation of documents, presentations, and minutes Preparation, analysis, and monitoring of key figures as a basis for decision-making for management Organization, coordination, and follow-up of internal and external training and further education Financial accounting Collaboration in financial accounting and active support of the finance management in day-to-day business Participation in annual financial statements Creation, preparation, and further development of evaluations and key figures in controlling to support corporate management Analysis and optimization of finance and billing-relevant processes to increase efficiency and quality Processing of correspondence with insurance companies and support in operational accounting Your profile: /Businesswoman EFZ Further training in business administration (HF or FH) Experience in digitalization and process optimization Good knowledge in finance and accounting High IT affinity; very good Excel skills, experience with Power BI is an advantage Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for digitalization, process optimization, and efficient processes Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Organizational talent, initiative, and high sense of responsibility Communication-strong personality with pleasure in cooperation across different departments What to expect: A varied key position with a lot of independence and scope for design Direct collaboration with management and short decision-making paths An open, collegial team and an open, appreciative corporate culture Fair, modern employment conditions with regulated working hours and 6 weeks of vacation Central place of work in Basel-Stadt, easily accessible by public transport (discount through TNW job ticket) Sounds like your new challenge?
