Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII in the night shift 50 %   Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement • Steering the nursing process incl. evaluation of nursing activities at night • Performing treatment-related nursing activities • Supporting our guests in personal hygiene and other daily life activities • Regular rounds • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (possible mobile with CareCoach smartphones) • Assumption and responsibility for assigned professional tasks at night Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • Professional experience Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
