Due to the upcoming retirement of the current Head of Training for Correctional Staff, we are looking for, as of 1 April 2027 or by arrangement, a: Head of Training for Correctional Staff 80-100% ## Member of the Executive Board ### *See the French version below* Your tasks • Leadership of the Training for Correctional Staff area with operational responsibility • Further development and providing impetus for programs, training structures, teaching formats and digital educational offers, in order to strengthen corrections in a practical and future-oriented manner • Building and maintaining cooperations with educational institutions and national partners; occasional collaboration with international specialist institutions • Co-shaping politically relevant dialogues with cantons, the Confederation, specialist institutions and stakeholders, to coordinate educational and development projects nationally • Leading a team of specialists and promoting a high-performance, team-oriented and future-oriented organizational culture in coordination with the other areas • Technical preparation of topics for the Foundation Board and representation of the area in relevant specialist committees • Co-shaping the overall strategic development of the organization with the Executive Board Your profile • Completed university studies (Master's or equivalent qualification) as well as further education at post-Master's level in the field of education or comparable tasks • Several years of leadership and management experience in a demanding environment • Experience in educational issues, training systems or the development of educational programs • Digital affinity and experience with digital learning formats • Knowledge of the Swiss correctional system and its federalist structures or willingness to learn them quickly • Experience in the public sector or in a state-related or politically influenced environment • Experience in stakeholder management and in cooperative networking • Ability to constructively combine different interests and develop sustainable solutions • High integrity, communication strength and a reflective understanding of leadership • Very good German and French skills, Italian skills are an advantage We offer you • A responsible leadership task of national relevance • Scope for design within a clearly defined mandate • A committed team and professional organizational structures • The opportunity to actively shape educational processes, digital innovation and cooperations and thus support the cantons in the further development of Swiss corrections Discover our offer . En raison du départ à la retraite de l-actuel responsable Formation du personnel du domaine des privations de liberté, nous cherchons, pour le 1er avril 2027 ou pour une date à convenir, un·e : Responsable Formation du personnel du domaine des privations de liberté 80-100%, ## Membre du Comité de Direction ### Vos tâches • Direction du domaine Formation du personnel du domaine des privations de liberté, y compris responsabilité opérationnelle • Poursuite des développements et impulsion de dynamiques en faveur des programmes, structures de formation, formats d-enseignement et offres de formation numériques, afin de renforcer le domaine de l-EDSP en le préparant à l-avenir et en répondant aux besoins de la pratique • Établissement et maintien de coopérations avec des institutions de formation et des partenaires nationaux ; collaboration ponctuelle avec des institutions spécialisées internationales • Participation à l-organisation de dialogues de portée politique avec les cantons, la Confédération, les institutions spécialisées et les parties prenantes, afin de coordonner les projets de formation et de développement à l-échelle nationale • Management d-une équipe de spécialistes et promotion d-une culture d-organisation axée sur la performance, l-esprit d-équipe et l-avenir, en accord avec les autres domaines • Préparation technique de sujets pour le Conseil de fondation et représentation du domaine au sein des organes spécialisés pertinents • Participation à la détermination du développement stratégique global de l-organisation avec le Comité de direction Votre profil • Diplôme universitaire (maîtrise ou qualification équivalente) et formation continue post-maîtrise dans le domaine de la formation ou concernant de
