The Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Atlas Stiftung. It was rebuilt and renovated in 2016 according to the plans by Biscioni. The Konradhof is located in the middle of Winterthur directly by the Bahnhof SBB. In the residence building, it has 98 residence apartments and a nursing department with 21 single rooms, as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.
