Bern, Switzerland | 80-100% What you can contribute • Plan and carry out audits focusing on different priority areas in the field of AI • Analyze the use of new information technologies in the public sector, evaluate the related possibilities and risks in technical, organizational, and regulatory terms • Help evaluate the performance of information technologies and AI-based solutions within interdisciplinary teams • Methodically apply the CDF guide relating to AI auditing and actively develop, shape, and promote the development of an AI-oriented audit culture by developing standards, tools, and processes • Handle various complex technical issues, communicate related findings clearly to the audited services and other stakeholders <br /> What makes you unique • Higher education in data science, statistics, mathematics, business informatics, or computer science, or equivalent qualification, in-depth knowledge of AI concepts and technologies and their practical applications • Practical experience in the development of AI-based software as well as in the implementation and operation of modern AI systems (machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, agentic AI, etc.) • Experience in the field of auditing (internal or external audit and IT audit), monitoring, or audit consulting is an asset • A unifying, reliable, and flexible personality, with team spirit and a desire to innovate and the ability to work proactively • Very good command of two official languages, knowledge of English <br /> In a few words As an IT audit expert specializing in AI, you will actively participate in the development of IT system audits, particularly those based on AI, currently under development or already in operation. In a context where algorithmic decisions increasingly determine the direction of public services and funds, you will evaluate model quality, data integrity, traceability, and compliance. You will examine whether systems are used reliably, fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the law, from the training database to continuous monitoring in production.
