Job description As part of this mission, we are looking for, as a demonstration, a senior Production Director for a major French automotive brand. You will play a central role in the industrial organization and operational management of production, with the objective of guaranteeing the performance, quality, and fluidity of activities across the entire assigned perimeter. \- You will supervise and structure daily production operations to ensure the achievement of objectives regarding volumes, deadlines, costs, and quality. \- You will coordinate production teams, hierarchical links, and support functions to guarantee optimal execution of manufacturing plans. \- You will ensure the rigorous application of industrial standards, internal procedures, quality requirements, and safety rules across all lines and workshops. \- You will analyze performance indicators, identify deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions to sustainably improve productivity. \- You will contribute to the continuous optimization of processes, working methods, production flows, and resource organization. \- You will participate in production capacity planning in connection with commercial needs, supplies, and industrial constraints. \- You will support teams in change management, the improvement of field practices, and the development of a performance culture. \- You will collaborate closely with the maintenance, quality, logistics, engineering, and supply chain departments to secure activity and anticipate operational risks. \- You will lead the resolution of technical and organizational issues likely to impact cadences, product compliance, or the availability of production means. \- You will ensure regular reporting to management, providing a clear vision of the activity, results obtained, and priority areas for improvement. Profile sought You have proven and significant experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a director or production management position with high responsibility.
