Technical Facility Manager Bern, Switzerland | 80-100% This is your contribution Ensuring the trouble-free operation, maintenance and repair of complex building technology systems including rapid initial intervention in the event of malfunctions and damage of all kinds (24/7 on-call duty) Analysis and optimization of operational and consumption data (MSRL, energy efficiency) Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and renovation measures Carrying out inspections, condition analyses as well as ensuring operational and occupational safety Technical documentation, acceptances, handovers and order processing in the SAP system Support and accompaniment of structural measures and maintenance, repair, renovation and conversion work by third parties What makes you unique Completed basic technical training (electrical, mechanics or HVAC) with professional experience; further training as a facility manager with a federal certificate of proficiency is an advantage Independent, solution-oriented way of working with high social competence Service-oriented, strong communication skills and professional appearance Good IT user skills, driving license Cat.
