We are looking for, starting from October 2026 or by agreement, a person engaged as a ## Babysitting Trainer for adults & Nanny training (mandate-based) # We are committed in particular with a varied educational offering for families, caregivers, and professionals. In your role, you design and lead our educational offerings around the theme of childcare and bring your expertise in a practical manner to teaching. What you accomplish with us • Teaching in the Nanny training CRS canton of Zurich, including on the themes of labor law • Organization of continuing education for nannies on themes such as communication, pedagogy, and collaboration with families (approx. 1 day per year) • Direction of 2 to 3 babysitting courses for adults per year • Occasional interventions in babysitting courses for adolescents from 13 years old, by agreement • Participation in the development of training, pedagogical materials, and educational offerings on a mandate basis What convinces us about you • You inspire people for learning and combine expertise with modern and practical pedagogy • Training in childcare, parental education, pedagogy, childcare, or a related field • Methodological and didactic training (at minimum SVEB I or equivalent) • Experience in adult education, ideally also with adolescents • Joy for lively, interactive, and practice-oriented teaching • Experience in working with children and families • Sense of organization as well as autonomous and conceptual work • Certification as a "Parents forts - Enfants forts®" trainer is an asset What awaits you • Meaningful activities with a societal impact • Varied pedagogical interventions in established CRS offerings • Possibilities for co-creation in the development of our educational offerings • Collaboration with a committed educational team • Flexible interventions on a mandate basis About us For more than 125 years, we have been working in the canton of Zurich for more humanity.
