Relationship Manager - Financing (100 %) Your tasks You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers in the lending and investment area and the buildup/profitable growth of the existing, own customer portfolio in the financing area You are responsible for the needs-oriented support and advice of demanding existing and target customers, conduct financing discussions and ensure a high-quality customer service You prepare financing and credit applications for the approving credit instances You ensure continuous credit risk monitoring and comply with compliance requirements in all customer relationships (KYC documentation, AML, KYC, MIFID etc.) You exploit up-/cross-selling potentials and ensure customer profitability You are responsible for the documentation of all customer activities in the CRM You continuously keep yourself up to date and undergo further training to maintain knowledge and skills in a constantly changing environment Your profile You have a banking apprenticeship and a higher banking or economic education, ideally supplemented by an SAQ certification. Your several years of professional experience in banking business in the Espace Mitteland (Freiburg – Bern – Solothurn) with a focus on the mortgage area on commercial business enables you to support and advise our demanding clientele holistically and reliably. The analysis of balance sheets and income statements as well as the recognition of potential credit default risks causes you no trouble. Additionally, it is an advantage if you have good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools. German is your mother tongue and your French skills complement your profile.
