Job description Take full autonomy over the administrative management related to the employee life cycle from the establishment of the employment contract to the drafting of the work certificate Enter data relating to new employees into our SAP HR system; Manage the recruitment of our temporary staff; Draft various letters (certificates, transfers, nominations\-); Manage events related to personnel (company anniversaries, retirements, birthdays, marriages, births, deaths); Ensure the administrative part of the various HR processes; Anticipate, organize and follow workflows, information and communication, notably through the management of emails, the agenda and correspondence; Act as a high-quality interface between the department and internal and external interlocutors.
