For our client, an established company in the region, we are looking for a self-employed, service-oriented and technically skilled person for facility management, available immediately or by agreement. In this versatile function, you are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and preservation of the buildings and ensure a smooth logistics. Hauswart/in with affinity for building technology 80 - 100% Your main tasks: Operational safety & maintenance: Ensuring continuous operation through regular checks, troubleshooting and maintenance of building technical systems, including seamless documentation in the CAFM system. Interface function: Organization and coordination of deployments of external service providers and craftsmen. Contact person: First point of contact for tenants and building users for technical inquiries or problems via the CAFM ticket system. Logistics & Events: Organization and implementation of smaller internal moves, collaboration in building logistics (goods delivery/distribution) and provision of rooms and AV technology for events. Your profile: Education: Completed technical basic training (EFZ) or training in the field of maintenance / housekeeping with corresponding professional experience in facility management. Technical & IT understanding: High IT affinity, in particular experience in the independent operation of building control systems and good MS-Office skills (Teams, Word, Excel). Way of working: Structured, efficient and solution-oriented way of working combined with pronounced organizational talent. Communication & mobility: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as a valid driver's license category B.
