Your field of activity • You coordinate services for customer installations and ensure that orders are recorded and processed in a timely manner in the relevant systems • You create offers, contract documents and invoices carefully, thereby supporting smooth customer care • You support project managers with administrative tasks in day-to-day business • You answer customer inquiries regarding contracts, invoices, services or the processing status competently and in a solution-oriented manner • You maintain contract, project and customer data in various ICT systems and contribute to high data quality • You evaluate results from inspections, prepare reports and support the planning of further maintenance measures What you bring with you • You have a completed vocational apprenticeship in the commercial, electrotechnical or a comparable field • You enjoy contact with customers and you present yourself in a friendly and binding manner • You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and ideally also bring oral French skills • You quickly acquire new ICT systems and work confidently with digital applications; SAP PM or Dynamics 365 CRM are an advantage • A careful and structured way of working as well as a high quality awareness characterize you • Openness, honesty and collegial cooperation are a matter of course for you and you enjoy working in a team We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
