This is what makes our reputation worldwide, and we work towards it day after day.   You are passionate about human management in a technological and industrial performance context.   Growing your team is among the challenges you enjoy   Then this offer is made for you.    For our Sonceboz site, we are looking for a   Operational Logistics Supervisor - M/F Your mission ### Under the responsibility of the Operational Logistics Manager, you will be in charge of driving and supervising the operational logistics team.   In this context, your main missions are : \- Workforce management: assignment planning and team organization, identification of resource needs, development of multi-skilling \- Ensuring compliance with standards in operations \- Continuous improvement: identification of potential for progress, proposal of improvements, implementation of selected solutions \- Main contact for internal customers for all Logistics questions \- Management of internal and supplier complaints \- Stock management: warehouse maintenance, monitoring of components, their consumption and stock levels   Your skills ### Dynamic, rigorous, proactive and a natural leader, you have an appetite for the field and do not hesitate to invest yourself there to successfully carry out your missions. Your background ### Graduated with a BAC +2 level in logistics or equivalent, you can rely on significant experience in management in operational logistics, ideally in an environment combining volumes and productivity, such as the automotive industry. For this position, mastery of SAP is an obligation, English would be an advantage.
