We are established in German-speaking Switzerland and in the DACH area. French-speaking Switzerland represents a growing strategic market for us. We are looking for an employee who knows this market perfectly and is able to develop it - in an autonomous, pragmatic and convincing manner.   What you will find with us • Concrete products and system solutions: shredders, screening plants, conveying technology, dosing technology, mixing technology, presses, valves, etc. • Strong support from the back-office in Zuzwil which prepares offers and sets prices - you focus on the market and customers. • Short decision-making paths: SME of 30 employees, direct collaboration with management.   What you will do • Develop the French-speaking Switzerland market: activate existing contacts, identify and acquire new customers. • Follow up existing customers and identify follow-up potential. • Occasional support of our French agent. • Report regularly: market, pipeline, field feedback.   What we expect • Basic technical understanding for capital goods requiring explanations. • Experience in technical sales or a proven network with relevant customers in the biomass or recycling sector. • Excellent knowledge of German and French, both written and spoken. • Mandatory residence in French-speaking Switzerland.
