Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver • Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the RAI nursing needs assessment • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits • Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking on tasks as a theme carrier in a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Readiness for night shifts Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex desired • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in spoken and written Why Tertianum?
