The GLP Schweiz is looking for an experienced, politically savvy personality for the strategic further development of the party. In a dynamic environment, you will work at the interface of dossier work, communication and the parliamentary group. Your tasks Strategic Agenda\-Setting: Analysis of societal and economic trends and opportunities as well as implementation of the topics in cooperation with the presidency. Political positioning and messages: Translation of deep dossier work into concise core messages and arguments. Dossier management: Responsibility for the in-depth processing of complex political proposals, strategic classification and development of sound decision-making bases for the political positioning of the party. Ensuring responsiveness: Rapid analysis of the factual situation and development of the substantive GLP\-line in the event of unforeseen political events. Participation in political campaigns: Significant participation in the substantive design of national campaigns and support for the strategic preparation of media and communication measures. Interim co-responsibility in the parliamentary group secretariat (maternity cover): Temporary co-responsibility in the preparation of federal sessions, development of strategy papers and formulation of motions and consultation responses. What you bring with you Several years of experience in political analysis, dossier work or strategic consulting (e.g. from an association, an administration, a think tank or an NGO) A strong analytical mindset and the ability to combine scientific, economic and societal contexts with political relevance and strategic impact. High linguistic precision, strength of argument and pleasure in developing effective political positions and convincing messages from specialist knowledge.
