• 28 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Région de Sierre (VS), 3960 Sierre For a high-end Establishment in Valais, we are looking for a: Marketing and Communication Director M/F As Marketing Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a strategic role in developing the visibility and commercial performance of the establishment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will notably be required to: • Develop sales by creating and consolidating a network of leisure clients, companies, travel agencies, tour operators and event organizers. • Elaborate and implement a commercial strategy favoring direct bookings and reducing dependence on booking platforms. • Design attractive digital marketing offers for groups, seminars, private events and seasonal stays. • Drive the digital marketing strategy and social media in order to strengthen the notoriety of the establishment and generate bookings. • Supervise the website referencing, digital advertising campaigns and performance monitoring (traffic, conversion, return on investment) • Develop press relations and partnerships with media, influencers and tourism players in order to increase the visibility of the establishment. • Participate in the definition of the pricing strategy and revenue management in collaboration with management in order to optimize turnover and profitability. • Ensure a coherent commercial strategy and enhance the customer experience by collaborating with various teams. YOUR PROFILE • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar function within a high-end establishment. • Solid expertise in marketing business development. • Excellent network or ability to develop relations with media, travel agencies, companies and event organizers. • Person who is both strategic, operational and results-oriented, capable of managing several projects simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal skills; French and English required.
