Your role You join a human-sized team and progressively take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, mainly composed of SMEs on the Swiss and international market, independent entrepreneurs, and agricultural domains. • Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of our clients' accounting • Prepare and carry out interim and annual closings; • Establish VAT returns; • Participate in the preparation of tax returns for legal entities and individuals; • Ensure the administrative and financial monitoring of mandates; • Prepare reporting, budgets, and management tools; • Participate in exchanges and meetings with clients; • Identify their needs and contribute to providing them with concrete solutions; • Actively participate in the digitalization and continuous improvement of our processes. The goal: to allow you to progressively gain autonomy and to develop a true understanding of our clients' challenges. Your profile • Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fiduciary; • Or a first significant experience with ongoing training in accounting, finance, or fiduciary; • Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and VAT; • An interest in taxation and business management; • A good mastery of digital tools. • Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written; • Mastery of German and/or English, as well as any other language, is an asset.
