We manage AMAG garages, Carrosserie Centers, and Occasion Centers, for reliable and personalized service. For our AMAG Crissier team, we are looking for a Mechanical after-sales service assistant (M/F) 100% for a position to be filled immediately or by arrangement.  Your tasks ## • Warm welcome: You welcome our female and male customers at the reception, ensuring the first contact both by telephone and in person. • Administrative expert: You manage various administrative tasks, thus contributing to the smooth running of the garage. • Bridge builder: You assist our team of after-sales advisors in general administrative tasks, such as coordinating appointments between the workshop and the after-sales service, as well as monitoring ongoing orders. Your profile ## • Specialized training and experience: You have completed training in the commercial or automotive technical field, and you have experience in the automotive sector and customer relations. • After-sales professional: You are sociable, enjoy human contact, and impress with your advisory skills and your power of persuasion. • IT affinity: You are comfortable with digital processes, virtual communication with customers, and the use of artificial intelligence tools. • Positive mentality: You are resilient, manage constraints constructively, and always maintain an optimistic mindset. Your customer orientation, your technical skills, and your enthusiasm for the automotive sector make you the ideal candidate. • Driving license: You hold a valid category B driving license.
