As a Project Manager, you take responsibility for demanding projects in the field of thermal energy plants and district heating – from the concept phase to successful commissioning. You work closely with customers, partners, and our internal teams (purchasing, engineering, assembly, QA, etc.) and ensure that our solutions are convincing technically, economically, and in terms of deadlines. Project Manager Plant Engineering What you can achieve with us. You lead projects in plant engineering independently and ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines remain in harmony. You lead and control the project team including the assembly and commissioning activities to success. You communicate in a goal-oriented manner and coordinate closely with the client and its planning service providers. You actively take charge of the clarifications of additional orders as well as the processing of obstructions and malfunctions. You provide regular reporting to the management and to the client. You maintain relationships with clients, end customers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders. What sets you apart. A completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, energy/process engineering, or a comparable technical education. Several years of experience as a project manager – ideally in the field of thermal energy generation, power plant construction, or comparable. Joy in leading complex projects to success in a structured manner. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance towards customers and partners. Willingness to travel within Switzerland and adjacent countries What we offer you.
