As a Specialist: Construction Management Building Services (HLKSE), you will take over the technical and organizational responsibility for demanding construction projects. You will coordinate the entire building services from planning to commissioning and ensure that deadlines, quality, costs, safety and functionality fit together. You are not the person who manages protocols. You are the person who ensures that decisions are made. Your responsibilities Leadership and coordination of HLKSE trades across all project phases Control of deadlines, quality, costs and technical requirements Technical support for execution and detailed planning Review and optimization of technical solutions in terms of economy and operation Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, suppliers and internal specialists Leadership and moderation of technical meetings Monitoring of execution on the construction site Ensuring compliance with norms, guidelines and safety regulations Accompaniment of commissioning, function tests and acceptance Identification and solution of technical interface problems before they become critical Support in tendering, awarding and change management Active optimization of construction and commissioning processes You ensure that complex building services are not only installed but also successfully commissioned.
