Junior Recruiter / Active Sourcer (m/w/d) - Career change possible # Employment: 80-100% Location: Zürich Oerlikon Industry: Personnel consultancy Publication date: 25.06.2026 Your tasks: • Active Sourcing - finding talents before they apply • Direct approach of candidates via telephone, LinkedIn and other channels • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines • Support in recruitment and candidate care • Close cooperation with our personnel consultants and the team • Helping to further expand our network • Administrative support in everyday recruiting In short: You are in the middle of the action from the start and learn the recruiting craft directly in practice. What you bring with you: • KV apprentice graduate, career starter or motivated personality with interest in recruiting • Joy in dealing with people and in communication • No hesitation regarding the telephone, direct approach and active networking • Ambition, energy and the will to develop further • Team player mentality and joy in shared successes • Very good German skills in speaking and writing mandatory, other languages an advantage • Independent, reliable and motivated way of working More important to us than your CV is your mindset.
