SOCIOPROFESSIONAL MASTER HOSPITALITY-HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER (90%) Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a residential department for adults with disabilities, including intellectual impairment or physical issues, a specialized school, and a socioprofessional department. In order to strengthen our team at our Lavigny site, we are looking for a: SOCIOPROFESSIONAL MASTER HOSPITALITY-HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER (90%) The socioprofessional department of our institution is a partner of the FORJAD program, initiated by the Canton de Vaud, which allows young adults to acquire certifying training (AFP/CFC) while developing their professional skills. Your mission You accompany young adults in their training journey by transmitting the technical and professional skills of the housekeeping manager profession. On a daily basis, you contribute to their development while guaranteeing quality services within our institution. Your main responsibilities Manage and animate the Housekeeping workshop, ensuring the progressive acquisition of skills according to the AFP/CFC training plans. Train, accompany, and evaluate interns and apprentices in their professional journey. Coordinate and ensure the follow-up of apprenticeships carried out in the different sectors of the institution, in close collaboration with other job trainers. Plan, organize, and participate in the daily maintenance activities of the department's premises. Guarantee the quality of housekeeping services as well as compliance with hygiene, safety, and organizational standards. Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration promoting the success of trainees and the smooth functioning of the department. Your profile You enjoy transmitting your know-how and accompanying young adults in their professional development. Organized, autonomous, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to combine professional requirements with benevolent support. You hold: A CFC in housekeeping management, with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally supplemented by a federal diploma; A socioprofessional master (MSP) diploma; A certification as an in-company trainer (FEE). You also possess: Strong organizational, adaptation, and autonomy skills; An excellent sense of responsibility and planning; Good pedagogical, interpersonal, and communication skills; Ease in working in a multidisciplinary team; Good writing skills and excellent mastery of common IT tools; A valid driver's license (category B) as well as a vehicle.
