To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced person who advises our Key Customers competently, analyzes processes and ensures successful implementation. YOUR FUTURE TASKS • You advise our large clients during the introduction, optimization and continuous development of the Abacus software • In collaboration with your clients, you analyze existing business processes, identify potential for optimization and develop practical solution concepts • You gather requirements, design the optimal implementation and parameterize the Abacus solution according to client needs • You autonomously lead client projects or sub-projects and coordinate implementation with internal and external stakeholders • You facilitate workshops, user training and presentations, and accompany your clients from design to a successful go-live • As a competent interlocutor, you also support your clients after the introduction in continuous optimization and the use of new functionalities YOUR SKILLS AND ASSETS: • Several years of professional experience (e.g., in finance and accounting, in payroll/HR or in a value-added function) as well as a solid understanding of economic processes • Good to very good user knowledge of Abacus, whether in value-added modules (e.g. ABEA), in finance and accounting (FIBU/DEBI) or in payroll/HR • Experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes as well as pleasure in developing client-oriented solutions • Commercial training completed by continuing education (HF, FH or federal diploma) or equivalent qualification • Confident presentation, strong consulting and service orientation as well as pleasure in direct contact with clients • Autonomous and structured way of working and motivation to assume responsibility in client projects • Willingness to collaborate across sites OUR PROMISE • Demanding and varied client projects with a lot of leeway • Personal responsibility and trust from day one • Modern working conditions with flexible models and attractive training opportunities • The chance to further develop your Abacus skills and to participate actively in the digitalization of Swiss companies We have much more to tell.
