To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a property manager immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: • Autonomous management of a proprietary real estate portfolio (rental and commerce) • Organization of property maintenance, coordination and placement of orders for repairs and damage • Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and concierges • Accompaniment of renovations and transformation projects Qualification / Profile: • Completed basic commercial training • Preferably, you have specialized training (property manager with federal diploma) or three to four years of experience in real estate management • Good manners, stress resistance, perseverance and good sense of authority • Great flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action • Precise and autonomous working method • Experience with RIMO R5 is an asset We offer: • Interesting and varied activity • A committed and competent team • Numerous development opportunities in the real estate sector • Company vehicle with private use and free parking Have we sparked your interest?
