LAUSANNE Job description ## In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, autonomous Workshop Joiner & Installer in interior fit-out (M/F) who is mindful of doing a good job. You will intervene mainly in dwellings, buildings and commercial premises for the realization of fit-out, installation and maintenance work, while ensuring the administrative follow-up of interventions related to real estate management companies. Your responsibilities • Installation of kitchens, wardrobes, dressing rooms and custom furniture. • Installation of doors, decorative panels, cladding and finishing elements. • Realization of interior fit-out and general joinery work. • Taking measurements and adaptations on site. • Management and execution of work on service orders/property management orders. • Preparation of intervention reports and follow-up of work completed. • Communication with tenants, caretakers and representatives of management companies. • Respect for deadlines, quality of execution and safety rules. Profile description ## • CFC in joinery or training deemed equivalent. • Confirmed experience in installation and interior fit-out. • Good knowledge of the real estate management sector and routine maintenance work. • Comfortable with the administrative management of management orders and the follow-up of interventions. • Autonomous, organized and endowed with an excellent sense of customer service. • Ability to manage several interventions simultaneously. • Category B driving license indispensable.
