Customer Advisor Sales Support

For a large insurance company with various locations in German-speaking Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Customer Advisor Sales Support: Tasks: -Active participation in sales support in one of the regional agencies -First competent contact person for customers on the phone and at the reception -Conducting telephone and personal consultations in the existing customer base -Systematic identification of consulting and sales opportunities (360° consulting) -Creation of customized offers as well as needs-based adjustment of existing solutions -Maintenance and modification of customer data -Active strengthening and expansion of existing customer relationships -Identification of cross- and upselling potentials -Independent processing of written customer inquiries according to quality and service standards Your profile: -Commercial basic training -Experience in customer contact, sales or consulting-intensive environment (e.g. retail, telco, specialist shops, financial or service environment) -Enjoyment of goal-oriented, binding and solution-oriented consulting -Sales affinity and motivation to actively achieve sales -Very good German language skills (additional languages are an advantage) -Structured, reliable and results-oriented way of working -Secure handling of common MS-Office programs -VBV certification is an advantage Benefits: -Fixed salary + attractive bonus model - Additional sales bonus for target achievement - Commission on sales with realistic upside -Clear target systems and transparent performance evaluation -Structured introduction and ongoing support -Modern consulting approach with a focus on existing customer business -Long-term perspective in a stable Swiss company -Fixed expense regulation -Parking space at the agency
