In this key role, you will create transparency for sound decisions, work closely with management, and contribute your ideas with a lot of creative freedom. Head of Controlling Basic Supply (all) # Your field of activity • You are responsible for the financial planning, control, and variance analysis of the basic energy supply and derive sound recommendations for action for management from this • Together with a small controlling team, you create meaningful financial management reportings as well as correct financial statements according to IFRS and ensure a transparent financial view • As a sparring partner for management, you support the overarching financial control as well as the close interdisciplinary cooperation at all value creation stages (production, trading, and networks) • With your know-how, you further develop controlling processes and reportings and actively participate in cross-departmental projects • You use SAP and other systems specifically to transform complex data into understandable decision-making bases • Direct exchange with the CFO and CEO during the budget round and business reviews are part of your versatile daily work routine What you bring with you • You have a completed degree at university or university of applied sciences level in business administration, finance, economics, or a comparable field of study • More than five years of experience in controlling, ideally in the energy industry, forms the basis for your success in this function • Experience with SAP FI/CO as well as confident handling of Excel and PowerPoint enable you to work in an efficient and structured manner • You prepare complex relationships in a manner appropriate to the target group and convince with clear presentations as well as traceable decision-making bases • Personal responsibility, resilience, and an open manner help you to combine different interests and develop sustainable solutions together • Experience in a corporate environment as well as in interdisciplinary teams is an advantage and additionally facilitates your entry We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
