Head of General Services 80%-100% - New building project (commissioning 2027) ## As part of its growth, Arcofil SA is integrating a new industrial building handed over at the end of 2026. As Head of General Services ## you will be the key person for this large-scale project: • From the handover of the premises to their full commissioning. • You will coordinate operational needs (organization, service providers, services, logistics, and operating framework) in order to ensure a smooth transition and successful commissioning. • Reporting to the General Management, you carry strategic and operational responsibility in the management and coordination of general services, with the objective of guaranteeing their smooth daily operation and the quality of the services provided. Your missions: 1 .Operational logistics Management of buildings & infrastructure • Supervise all Arcofil buildings: technical condition, security compliance, accessibility, environment • Be the central contact person for the handover and commissioning of the new building (end of 2026) • Plan and monitor all interventions: maintenance, repair, interior and exterior layout • Guarantee the quality and functionality of workspaces (workshops, offices, access, circulation) • Coordinate moves, deliveries, and equipment installations with HVAC companies and Production • Manage the disposal of industrial waste (chips, cardboard, plastics…) 2. Energy & sustainability • Monitor and optimize consumption (electricity, heating, water); deploy energy efficiency actions • Actively contribute to the company's sustainability strategy 3. Maintenance & technical installations • Supervise HVAC, electricity, and security installations and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance • Manage external service provider contracts and ensure the operational continuity of equipment • Manage outdoor spaces: parking lots, access, delivery zones, green spaces — site security at all times 4. Management, budget & compliance • Develop and monitor general services budgets; deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) • Coordinate service providers, suppliers, and external partners • Guarantee compliance with applicable standards: security, environment, regulations • Be the central contact person with the City's industrial services • Mastery of building management, multi-provider coordination, and budget monitoring in an autonomous and organized manner.
