For more information, visit: www.bachem.com We are looking for a maternity leave replacement for 12 months and are seeking a committed individual as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will accompany our executives and teams competently, solution-oriented, and with a good sense of people and organizations. Ideally, you will be available from September/October 2026 and can take on this position.   Your tasks: • Consulting and supporting executives in all HR and management topics • Accompanying central HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle, particularly in the areas of Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance, and Consequence Management • Supporting change and organizational projects as well as actively shaping their implementation • Consulting executives and employees on labor law issues • Conception and implementation of training and workshops • Participation in projects and HR initiatives to further develop our HR work • Representation of HR in various committees and professional interface to relevant stakeholders   Your profile: • Completed studies or equivalent education, ideally supplemented by HR further training, and several years of professional experience • At least five years of experience in a consulting HR function, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical environment • Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and secure application in practice • Experience in change management as well as talent development and the ability to accompany changes with clarity and empathy • Very good communication skills in German and English • Secure handling of MS Office; experience with SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc is an advantage • Well-organized, expedient, and pragmatic way of working • Communication strength, solution orientation, and trustworthiness   Our offer: • Varied HR tasks with scope for design • Nice HR team colleagues who can be relied upon and who like to laugh together • 60% takeover of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility of over-obligatory provision with our choice savings plan • Access to the Swibeco benefits platform with discounts from external partners • Fresh, healthy, and varied food in our staff restaurant • Various free sports activities on the Bachem campus   Have we sparked your interest?
