The company OPALE-SOLUTIONS AG is the market leader for ERP systems in the Swiss healthcare sector. We develop our industry solution OPALE bluePearl ourselves and then implement it in exciting projects in clinics and hospitals. To expand the project and support team, we are looking for the Regensdorf branch: Consultant for the ERP solution area Logistics (m/f), 80- 100% Your challenge/Your tasks • As the responsible project manager, you implement the Logistics module (central warehouse and pharmacy) as part of the overall solution Opale bluePearl • You independently take over the planning and implementation of projects and configure or parameterize the application in cooperation with the customer • You take over the aftercare of existing customers regarding applicatory and organizational issues as well as during release changes • You train our customers in the use of the software Opale bluePearl • You test new developments and document them Your competence/Requirements You have good knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: • Project management (from planning to successful implementation) • You have a background as a logistician, pharmacy assistant, or pharmacist • If possible, you know the requirements of a modern hospital and have practical experience specifically in the areas of central warehouse and medications • You are team-oriented and enjoy working with people • You seek challenges, can inspire people and assert yourself in difficult situations • You are willing to attend off-site appointments and work on-site at our customers in German-speaking Switzerland for several days Your profile • Higher vocational education • Further training in project management, IT and/or logistics is an advantage • Customer-oriented action • Analytical thinking skills, goal-oriented approach and independent, systematic working • Flair for dealing with numbers • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (focus on Excel) • Team player • Excellent German skills are essential, good French or English skills are necessary for internal communication with our offices in Geneva and Lausanne Our offer • Exciting working environment • Great personal responsibility and independence • Salary according to the high requirements • BVG is fully covered by the employer • Parking is free of charge • Place of work: Regensdorf (ZH) We look forward to your complete application: jerome.forestier@opale-solutions.ch Opale Solutions AG Eichwatt 3 8105 Regensdorf www.opale-solutions.ch
