October 2026 or by arrangement a clerk with prosecutorial powers (w/m/d) You independently process criminal proceedings from general criminal law (StGB) as well as supplementary criminal law (in particular AIG, BetmG, SVG and WG) - from the assumption of the case to the conclusion of the proceedings, insofar as a fine, a monetary penalty or a custodial sentence of at most six months is likely to be considered as a sanction. You conduct interrogations with accused persons, information persons and witnesses and gather the necessary evidence. You conclude criminal proceedings, in particular by means of a summary penalty order, a dismissal order or a non-prosecution order. You have completed training and several years of professional experience. A diploma as a Rechtsfachfrau/-mann HF or criminal police experience is an advantage.
