Therefore, we are looking for YOU to strengthen our dedicated psychiatry team as Registered Nurse HF/FH - Focus on Psychiatry 50-70 % (a) Your tasks • Independent implementation of the entire nursing process and carrying out nursing care at the customer's home • Conducting the needs assessment using the interRai-CMH instrument • Accompanying customers with psychiatric illnesses in their homes and practicing everyday practical skills • Building a trusting and sustainable relationship with the customers • Promoting and enabling independence, autonomy, stability and quality of life What you bring with you • Diploma Nursing HF/FH or equivalent training • Several years of experience in psychiatry • Driver's license Cat.
