Place of work: Aarau – German-speaking Switzerland Back-office Specialist – Pension and Compensation Fund (FR/DE) 80-100% Your field of activity In close collaboration with our client advisors, you contribute to the management and development of client relationships in the field of social insurances – from large clients to brokers You bring your ideas and assume responsibilities: thanks to your leeway, you can optimize processes and actively contribute to the development of our customer service By telephone, in writing or in person: you are the internal contact person for our large French-speaking clients for all questions relating to social insurances You transform figures and complex situations into offers, calculations, comparisons and presentations, which facilitate decision-making Customer loyalty is close to your heart: this is why you implement targeted measures in order to arouse long-term enthusiasm of clients for GastroSocial As an essential hub, you act as the link between client requests and the various specialized services, and you ensure that suitable solutions are found – in French and, if necessary, also in German Your assets to convince us French is your mother tongue, and you express yourself easily in German (level B2) – mastery of Italian would be an asset You have a good command of occupational pension and social insurances: you have completed your commercial training with suitable continuing education (. a federal diploma in the field of social insurances) or with additional relevant practical experience Figures, calculations and MS Office are part of your professional daily life Customer orientation is in your nature: you communicate with professionalism and you know how to convince thanks to your talent for negotiation You work very autonomously, you think transversally and you find solutions even when others are still looking for the problem A talent for organization, spirit of initiative and a structured working method complete your profile Our assets to convince you Curious?
