Our client, a dynamic structure well-established in the Riviera vaudoise, is looking for its future Masonry Foreman (M/F) to strengthen its team. Your responsibilities: - Organization, planning and monitoring of masonry construction sites - Supervision and coordination of teams in the field - Reading plans, management of measurements and participation in tenders - Quality control and compliance with deadlines - Close collaboration with site management and other trades Your profile • Holder of a CFC in masonry completed by a higher technical diploma (foreman, works manager or equivalent) - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function - Mastery of measurements and tenders - Sense of organization, rigor and natural leadership - Ideally a resident of the Riviera vaudoise region or nearby - In possession of a driver's license What the company offers: - A human-sized company, friendly and well-structured - Varied and high-quality construction sites in a pleasant working environment - Real prospects for evolution and recognition of your skills Start date: - To be agreed Who are we?
