Coach (80 %, temporary) Work Integration

For the program Einzeleinsatzplätze KV, Informatik & Detailhandel, we are looking for a committed personality as a Coach Work Integration, starting immediately or by arrangement, on a temporary basis for nine months. Look forward to a versatile and meaningful task with room for design in a motivated team. Your tasks ## • Acquisition of assignment positions for job seekers in the primary labor market • Support and coaching of job seekers and employers • Case management including creating reports and agreements • Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal specialists and external agencies (especially RAV) Your profile ## • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Psychology, preferably with further training in coaching • Willingness and enjoyment in the active acquisition of assignment positions • Professional experience as a coach, ideally with job seekers • Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market • Interest and enjoyment in interdisciplinary cooperation in a professional team What we offer ## • A meaningful and challenging activity • An innovative and professional working environment with room for design • A motivated, cheerful team • Further advantages can be found on our website
