Your Daily Business: • First Point of Contact: Hub for customer contact via telephone and e-mail. • Complaint Management: Professional processing and solution-oriented follow-up. • Compliance & Regulation: Registration of special products in the field of fertilizer and tobacco. • Numbers & Planning Genius: Creation of work and holiday plans as well as payroll accounting via Bexio. • Admin Support: Handling of insurance matters, correspondence and relief for the management.
