Your field of activity ### • As a part-time Medical Secretary, you are the first point of contact for our clinic and shape the first impression with your professional appearance - thanks to you, daily clinic operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in a patient-oriented manner • In your hub function, you handle medical correspondence, maintain telephone contact with patients and referrers, and organize the vascular surgery consultations from referral through diagnostics and surgery to follow-up, including the maintenance of all data in the clinic information system (EPIC) • As part of the Clinical Patient Management, you accompany and coordinate individual patient courses along the entire patient pathway, working closely with the medical service, patient disposition, OR coordination, and the consultation center • Additionally, in close cooperation with the neighboring disciplines of the vascular center, you ensure a smooth process of further diagnostics and therapy and coordinate the corresponding interfaces for optimal patient care Your experience ### • With a completed medical training (MPA) or a commercial training including further training as a Medical Secretary, as well as several years of experience in a medical environment, you bring the ideal basis for this demanding task • Commitment, reliability, and an independent, organized way of working characterize you as much as the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations - supported by your resilient, structured, and socially competent personality • Very good IT skills as well as enjoyment of administrative tasks are required and form the basis for efficient and precise work with modern digital systems • Sound know-how in medical terminology is essential to communicate confidently, precisely, and professionally in every situation - both in writing and orally Your perspectives ### • We offer you an exciting, varied, and demanding field of activity with development potential in a growing medical field • In a versatile area of responsibility with a large scope for design, you can specifically contribute your competencies and take on a high degree of self-responsibility • Look forward to a motivated, collegial, and competent team in the Clinic for Vascular Surgery, which welcomes you warmly and places great value on supportive cooperation • Thanks to regular working hours from Monday to Friday, you benefit from a balanced work-life balance as well as at least 25 vacation days and 13 paid holidays.
