To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged, responsible personality as a Specialist EO/FAK with technical deputy for the Department Head 80% - 100% (m/f/d), starting immediately or by arrangement. Your central responsibilities – varied and impactful In this function, you take on an important role in the area of the loss of earnings compensation scheme (EO) and family allowances, including taking on the technical deputy role for the Department Head. You examine, determine and dispose of compensations from the loss of earnings compensation scheme (EO) as well as parental compensations (EE), examine claims and record the family allowances of our family compensation funds (FAK), process complex benefit cases, coordinate and trigger payment processes, take on administrative tasks related to the mentioned activities, participate - if suitable - in projects and support the further development of our processes in the areas of social insurance and administration, communicate in writing as well as orally with insured persons, members and authorities in German and French language, take on the technical deputy role for the Department Head. Your technical and personal profile – competent, customer-oriented, reliable You are an ideal fit for us if you bring a commercial education or an equivalent qualification, have ideally professional experience in the field of social insurance – preferably in EO/EE/FAK, already possess the specialist certificate in social insurance or are motivated to complete it, bring a high level of customer orientation and remain friendly, professional and solution-oriented even in demanding situations, work independently, precisely and efficiently, bring a quick grasp, enjoyment of technical responsibility as well as flexibility and commitment to different areas of responsibility, demonstrate very good German and French skills (oral & written), have very good MS-Office skills.
