The work is varied: sometimes lunch service, sometimes evening service, sometimes a full house during a banquet and sometimes a bit more relaxed. In addition, there are modern working conditions, considerate work planning, and a fair tip distribution – a matter of course for us. You are a theater and culture pub in the dynamic environment of the Liebefelder Vidmarhallen. Small and large celebrations are celebrated with us, from a few guests to events with up to 800 people. In our kitchen, we rely on a sustainable philosophy: fresh and regional products are just as much in focus as the people who work with them. We cook seasonally, with joy and ambition, but remain uncomplicated and down-to-earth. Whether you are a career changer* or an experienced gastronomy personality – for us, what is decisive is not your path, but your passion and your enthusiasm for culinary arts. You like to roll up your sleeves, work reliably and enjoy working in a team, and have similar value concepts as we do. Ideally, you already have work experience in the à la carte sector, but even more important to us is your motivation and the willingness to learn new things and contribute to our kitchen.
