We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Nursing Specialist HF 50% (Returners welcome) Your tasks include • holistic care and support of sick and elderly people including case management • advice and guidance of relatives and caregivers • cooperation in the team • participation in quality development We wish for • a committed person with joy in outpatient nursing • flexibility and the willingness to take on responsibility • team spirit • openness to new things • client- and service-oriented thinking and acting • knowledge of interRAI HC or the willingness to attend a course • Driver's license Cat.
