Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute • Contribute to the development of the army's Host Nation Support (HNS) specialist domain within the Logistics domain (DBC 4) of the cdmt Op staff, develop the corresponding directives and orders at the operational level, and ensure their implementation • Plan and lead the HNS domain in an operational context, and develop directives relating to the planning and conduct of action for current and future engagements • Participate in the operation planning groups (GPA) of the cdmt Op as well as in external working groups and project teams, and represent your own domain on a technical level • Develop case studies, forward planning, and concepts in the HNS domain, taking into account the relevant interfaces with partner organizations (OFT, OFROU, OFPP, OFSP) <br /> What makes you unique • Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences or a specialized university of applied sciences or higher education in a technical field or in business management with two to three years of experience related to the function • Military staff officer instruction at the level of a Large Unit with, ideally, experience at the operational level, as well as good knowledge of army logistical processes • Ability to think analytically and in networks, marked conceptual skills, team spirit, communication and negotiation skills • High skills in terms of leadership, organization and social relations, ability to assert oneself, stress resistance and sense of responsibility • Good active knowledge in at least one second official language, passive knowledge in a third and very good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words You ensure that Switzerland, as a host country, provides logistical and organizational support to foreign armed forces in the context of exercises and engagements. You thus contribute directly to the operational availability of the Swiss Army and to multinational cooperation in an operational context. In this position, you combine operational planning, conceptual development and coordination with civilian and military partners to make an essential contribution to military action capability.
