In this role, you will process debt enforcement proceedings, create legal orders, calculate the subsistence minimum, and decide on seizures. You will be in daily contact with debtors, creditors, employers, and other stakeholders. With your work, you ensure that claims are enforced fairly and according to legal requirements. In this way, you make an important contribution to a functioning economic and legal system. Your tasks <br /> • Create legal orders and calculate the subsistence minimum • Decide on the seizability / non-seizability of movable and immovable assets as well as of claims • Serve customers at the counter and on the telephone (debtors, creditors, employers, etc.) • Serve payment orders at the counter and execute seizures • If required, assist sporadically in the field at a later date <br /> Your profile <br /> • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training • Very good oral and written expression in the German (min. C1) and French (min.
