The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, Hôpital de Morges welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.* We are looking for Hôpital de Morges: Nursing Assistant in Medicine (F/H) at 80-100% Entry into position as soon as possible or to be agreed upon. The medicine department on the 1st floor has 40 beds, including 6 dedicated to palliative care, and ensures an interdisciplinary management of patients requiring general and acute palliative care. The medicine department on the 2nd floor has 43 beds, half of which are dedicated to acute care for seniors, with an interdisciplinary management in an adapted environment aiming to promote and maintain autonomy in daily life activities. YOU POSSESS • A recognized auxiliary nurse or nursing assistant diploma by CRS or an AFP of ASA. • 4 years of experience acquired in CTR, EMS, home care, acute care required. • Great adaptability to the requirements of the different services to which you are delegated. • Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate). • A sense of listening and excellent relational skills. • Good emotional control, proactivity, and flexibility. • Flexibility and availability to work during the day and night as well as during the week and 2 weekends per month. YOUR OBJECTIVES • Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you, taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within your competence and under nursing delegation. • Support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the entrusted patients and help them organize daily activities. • Be responsible for the management of the patient's direct environment in terms of hygiene and safety. • Optimize care through a personalized, global, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.
