Group Manager Santé (m/f/d) Work location: Biel Workload: 40-60% Start of work: Department: Cleaning Your tasks Technical leadership and coordination of a cleaning group of around 10 people in shift operation Organization of daily work assignments, including work preparation, task allocation, and control of execution Ensuring hygiene-compliant and timely cleaning according to specifications in the healthcare sector Active participation in cleaning to ensure quality, efficiency, and a role model function Conducting quality and hygiene controls as well as documentation in the QS system Instruction, accompaniment, and support of employees in daily operations Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and occupational health and safety regulations as well as participation in audits Reporting of working hours, absences, and operational key figures as well as communication with the facility management The working hours are set to five days per week, each in the evening between 18.00 and 23.00 Your profile Experience in hospital, healthcare, or professional building cleaning (an advantage) Strong team and communication skills as well as service-oriented behavior Initial experience in the instruction or leadership of employees Knowledge of hygiene, quality, and occupational safety regulations Organizational ability in your own work area High reliability, sense of responsibility, and punctuality Resilience and flexibility for a dynamic environment and shift work Basic knowledge of German (at least level A2) and confident use of digital work tools About us At Vebego AG, more than 6,000 employees make the lives of our customers easier every day and ensure that their buildings always remain in top form.
