As Senior Manager Procurement Transformation - Indirect Goods & Services, you-ll help shape sourcing strategies and critical capital investment decisions across our operations. You-ll work with global stakeholders, influence high-impact business decisions, and create long-term value through supplier partnerships, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities
- Act as a key procurement partner for critical capital investments and related indirect spend across the organization
- (Re-)Shape and implement sourcing strategies for selected categories, aligned with business priorities and long-term objectives
- Lead supplier selection processes, strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Build productive supplier partnerships that drive performance, innovation, value creation, and risk management
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and procurement stakeholders to deliver strategic projects
- Promote procurement best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization

You bring
- Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation, or a related field
- Expertise in change management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Business acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, sustainability, and supplier performance objectives
- Analytical thinking and the ability to use data and insights to support decision-making
- A collaborative approach and experience working across functions and international environments
- Fluency in English and German; French language skills are an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or other related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage, along with experience in procurement, engineering, or technical categories
