As Senior Manager Procurement Transformation - Indirect Goods & Services, you-ll help shape sourcing strategies and critical capital investment decisions across our operations. You-ll work with global stakeholders, influence high-impact business decisions, and create long-term value through supplier partnerships, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Act as a key procurement partner for critical capital investments and related indirect spend across the organization
• (Re-)Shape and implement sourcing strategies for selected categories, aligned with business priorities and long-term objectives
• Lead supplier selection processes, strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions
• Build productive supplier partnerships that drive performance, innovation, value creation, and risk management
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and procurement stakeholders to deliver strategic projects
• Promote procurement best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization

You bring

• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation, or a related field
• Expertise in change management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Business acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, sustainability, and supplier performance objectives
• Analytical thinking and the ability to use data and insights to support decision-making
• A collaborative approach and experience working across functions and international environments
• Fluency in English and German; French language skills are an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or other related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage, along with experience in procurement, engineering, or technical categories
