Your missions • Structure, manage and develop the commercial activity of Millennium. • Develop and retain a B2B client portfolio through active field prospecting. • Identify, approach and negotiate strategic partnerships generating commercial opportunities. • Ensure follow-up with prospects, clients and partners by means of a CRM tool. • Analyze results, produce regular reporting and propose improvement actions. • Represent Millennium to companies and local economic actors. Your profile • CFC as a commercial employee completed by a HES Bachelor in business management, marketing or training deemed equivalent. • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B commercial development, field prospecting and management of SME client portfolios. • Good mastery of a CRM tool. • Entrepreneurial spirit, field orientation and a strong results culture. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop an active local network. • Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills, with ease in collaborating transversally with different teams. • Excellent command of French; good knowledge of English, German being an asset.
