Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Handle issues relating to the Engagement Logistics and motorization specialist area in connection with project planning, evaluation, acquisition, introduction, use and decommissioning of objects and systems • Develop bases serving acquisition, allocation, introduction and use in the field of Engagement Logistics and motorization, and assume responsibility for them • Assume responsibility for life cycle management and the introduction of new systems related to the corresponding objects or a specialist area; write contributions to the development of the armed forces (message on the army and organization of the army) • Contribute to the development of doctrine and process management • Be the contact person for our internal and external partners regarding acquisition projects and documents indicating the requirements set in the field of Engagement Logistics and motorization • Represent the Land Forces and the Ground operational domain (as beneficiary) in projects, systems and bodies <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree from a university of applied sciences, or two to three years of equivalent professional experience related to the function with further training in the field of project management and requirements • Skills in ensuring the material availability of the army with in-depth knowledge of conceptual material management and military logistical processes, very good knowledge of common IT applications (MS Windows/Office) • Talent for negotiation, analytical skills, confidence and capacity for network thinking; aptitude to perform conceptual work • Good oral and written knowledge in a second official language • Military instruction with the rank of officer or senior non-commissioned officer of the Swiss Army; ideally, residual service days to be completed in a staff officer function or a senior non-commissioned officer of the logistics troops; willingness to follow military and civil staff instruction • Driving license cat.
