In this role, you are the first point of contact in the People Team and thus take on a key interface function. Tasks Responsibility for the operational implementation of all HR processes around the Employee Life Cycle from entry and exit as well as for changes Organization of the onboarding process including employee information Ensuring service-oriented communication with our employees, managers, applicants, and reliable processing of all inquiries Ensuring high data quality in our core systems (such as Workday, RTM, and Abacus) Support of time management RTM including creation of evaluations for HR controlling Processing and handling of absences as well as responsibility in sickness and accident management in UKA Solution and other administrative HR tasks Strengths Commercial basic training with further education in HR and/or 3-5 years of professional experience in HR Reliable and team-oriented personality with high quality standards Native language German, F/E knowledge an advantage Workday, Abacus, RTM knowledge an advantage Experience in supporting learners including vocational training courses an advantage Willingness for on-site activity as well as for representation in the event of absences in the People Team Apply now For questions, we are available to you by phone.
