Marketing Assistant 40-60%

For our client in Zürich, we are looking for a motivated and creative personality as Marketing Assistant 40–60%. In this role, you are the communicative interface between the company, the customers, and the public. You do not only support individual marketing tasks, but also take responsibility for digital channels, content, and the implementation of the Corporate Design. You contribute your own ideas, work independently, and actively help to make the services and the brand of the company more visible – both online and offline. What awaits you at our client: • Flexible working hours and locations – home office is possible • A varied part-time position with a max. 60 % workload • Plenty of room for initiative and creative suggestions • Clear development opportunities and support on your way • Fair and transparent compensation • Regular team-building events and a motivated team Your tasks: • Responsibility for social media channels including planning, implementation, optimization, and measurement of impact • Creation and maintenance of content for the website and the blog • Responsibility for the newsletter • Supervision and training of apprentices • Collaboration in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns online and offline • Support in the organization of activities such as customer gifts • Implementation and further development of the Corporate Design across various channels • Maintenance of promotional materials and marketing documents • Analysis and evaluation of marketing measures together with the marketing manager • Support in the creation and editing of video content What you bring with you: • Completed commercial vocational training • Initial experience in marketing, communication, or in the field of social media • Enjoyment of text, design, digital channels, and new tools • Confident handling of Microsoft Office and social media • Very good German and English skills, any further language is a plus • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Creativity, motivation, and the desire to actively help shape the company • Experience in the supervision or training of apprentices is an advantage • Experience in video editing is a plus How to apply: Please send us your CV, a short cover letter, as well as relevant work certificates and diplomas.
